Ingredients
- ½ cup lychee chopped
- 2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup vegan yogurt
- 1/2 cup baobab powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the coconut milk, vegan yogurt and sugar. Add the baobab powder, salt and mix well.
- Add the chia seeds and let it soak for 10 minutes. Add the chopped lychee and mix again.
- Serve cold.
