Baobab Pink Passion Bowl
Banana (3)sliced & frozen
Frozen pineapple chunks (200g)
Almond milk (3 tbsp)
Michero Yedu Organic Baobab Powder (1 tbsp)
Pitaya powder (1 tbsp)
1. Blend the sliced fruit with almond milk in a high-speed blender until smooth.
2. Add baobab powder and pitaya powder and give it another spin.
3. Top the bowls with toppings of your choice. We topped ours with cherries, blueberries, melon balls, and a hint of chocolate shavings. Yes, you heard right, a hint of chocolate for breakfast is completely okay and makes your smoothie bowl even more delicious!
