Ingredients

½ cup blueberry puree
2 cup vegan whipped cream
4 tbsp baobab powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup honey
Fresh blueberries to serve

Directions

In a cold bowl, add the vegan whipped cream. Beat for 5 minutes.
Add the blueberry puree, honey, vanilla extract, baobab powder. Beat for 5 minutes.
Add to the freezer. Let it freeze for 2 hours. Beat again for 10 minutes. Add to the freezer for 4 hours. Serve with fresh blueberries on top.
