Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpeas drained
- - 1/2 onion roughly chopped
- - handful corriander fresh
- - 2 tbs parsley
- - 2 tsp moringa
- - 1 Green chilli optional
- - 4 cloves garlic
- - 1 tsp cumin
- - 4 tbs plain flour
- - 1 tsp baking powder
Directions
- Whizz it all up in a blender
- Spoon out 1 tbs + roll into a ball with the palm of your hands. The mixture shouldn't stick too much to your hands.
- Once the balls are formed, stick them into an oven at 180c until they are browned slightly (20 mins).
- Serve with salad, or anything you like
