Moringa Christmas parfait recipe.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- 2/3 cup plant-based milk or enough to cover the seeds plus a little extra to allow for the seeds to soak up the liquid.
- 1/2 teaspoon moringa powder
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons oats
- 1 tablespoon nut butter
- 1 handful spinach
- 1 tablespoon cashews pre-soaked if possible, but not essential
- 1/2 teaspoon moringa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Chia Pudding
- Stir the mixture together and leave it to soak up the liquid for 20 minutes.
- Stir it to prevent it from clumping.
Moringa Smoothie
- Blend all of the smoothie ingredients.
Moringa Parfait
- Pour a layer of yoghurt into the bottom of the jar.
- Slice the kiwis thinly and press to the inside of the jar with a spoon, ensuring no air is left between fruit and jar.
- Gently spoon in the chia pudding, being careful not to dislodge the kiwi slices.
- Pour a layer of smoothie in, followed by a little more yoghurt and top with chopped fruit.
